When something in a guide turns out to be wrong, we fix the guide and log the fix here: the date, the guide and what changed. Spotted something? hello@yuniversity.co.uk
The launch fact-check finished a few hours after the site went live, and every guide now carries its checked date. 88 things were corrected across the Manchester picks and guides: prices (Rudy’s, Bundobust, 42s, the Warehouse Project, the Deaf Institute, HOME’s cinema tickets), bus routes and the £2 fare, the 16–25 Railcard’s £35 price, opening hours (This & That, the John Rylands), a renamed café (Foundation Coffee House is now Northern Pour) and the rents. Two picks, Chapter One Books and Mughli, are held back until they can be confirmed, and so are the Victoria Park and city-centre rents.
